Vakkundige Sichuanese chef

FuLu Mandarin only employs chefs from Sichuan province. They can convey the typical taste like no other to the heart of the Netherlands: Amsterdam. In our restaurant you will be completely surprised by the complex and rich flavors with every dish, which is based on the Sichuanese way of cooking. One dish excels in spiciness, while another dish has more sweet notes. Our chefs basically cook with many different (chili) peppers and Szechuan pepper, but the taste never overpowers the rest of the dish. Everything is in balance and you can taste that!
